Terms of Service | ON Lock Screen

These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to the website onlockscreen.app and the ON Lock Screen apps for iPhone and Android (together, the "Service"). The Service is operated by On Technology BV, Wijdesteeg 68, the Netherlands ("we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

ON Lock Screen lets you browse, buy and download lock screen wallpapers, wallpaper packs and photo widgets, and add photos to your iPhone Lock Screen. Some features are free; 4K and 8K wallpaper downloads and packs are paid digital content.

2. Accounts

You can use parts of the Service without an account. If you sign in, you are responsible for keeping your account secure and for activity under it. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

3. Purchases and payments

Prices are shown before you pay and include applicable taxes where required. Payments on the website are processed securely by Stripe; in-app purchases are processed by Apple or Google under their terms. Purchased wallpapers are delivered digitally and are available immediately after payment.

Refunds and cancellations are handled under our Return Policy.

4. Wallpaper license

All wallpapers, packs and other images on the Service are owned by or licensed to On Technology BV and are protected by copyright. When you download a wallpaper (free or paid), we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

use it as the wallpaper or background on your own devices, and
share screenshots of your own lock screen or home screen that show it.

You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or upload the wallpapers to other wallpaper sites or apps, use them in products or merchandise, or use them to train machine-learning models, without our written permission. For commercial licensing, contact contact@on.technology.

5. Your content

If you add your own photos to the Service (for example to show them on your Lock Screen or share them with friends), you keep all rights to them. You give us the limited permission needed to store, process and display them to provide the feature. Do not upload content you do not have the right to use, or content that is illegal or harmful.

6. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the Service: no scraping or bulk downloading, no attempts to bypass payments or security, and no interference with other users.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep the Service available but cannot guarantee it will always be uninterrupted. We may change or discontinue features, and we may update these Terms; the "Last updated" date above shows the latest version.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights as a consumer under applicable law.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes are submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands, unless mandatory consumer law gives you the right to go to court where you live.
